“Killing the Rising Sun”
Today’s news is from Japan reported by AEO (Asia Economy Online)
dated today.
AEO referred to the best seller book “Killing the Rising Sun”
written by Bill O’reilly and said “Why no major US media is talking about the
book despite the book was sold 400 thousand copies in only three months?”
Mr. O’reilly explained before media that
this book was written based on the facts. When being asked where the source of
20 million Chinese people killed by Japanese Army from, Mr. Oreilly replied “Unlike
a lot of western journalists in Europe, there wasn’t much of western journalists
in Asia back then that’s why most of facts were not documented.”
AEO
explains the reason why this book hasn’t been talked about by major American
media is because the reliability of the historic facts described in the book is
suspicious and also Mr. O’reilly is known for a hardcore right wing so the
media might be shying away from the book.

Well, anything Anti-Japanese themed becomes
the best hit whether it is in China, North and South Korea, and US. Hahaha.
I am
honored as a native Japanese. Hahaha.
You know back in 80’s, most of Hollywood
movies depicted Japanese as a bad guy. So it is not surprising for me to see
the book titled “Killing JAP”. Hahaha.
But it is a good era when people can openly
discuss the topic on the internet so that people can’t be easily controlled or
cheated by media anymore.
I haven’t read Mr. O’reilly’s books before
so I can’t give much comment on what’s written in the book, but as far as what
Mr. O’reilly said about the book in his interview, I have one thing to say.
He said there weren’t much of western
journalists in Asia that’s why there isn’t much documents and evidences to prove
Nanking Massacre, but this was all wrong.

This is the map of Asia before 2nd
World War and present.
As you can see entire Asia was countries of
White people. Unlike now, back then when Nanking Massacre said to be occurred,
a lot of White people from western countries were living in China and all over Asia.
You can imagine all Asia was like Australia and US where White people dominated
the countries. And it had been like that for 200 to 350 years.
Anyone who tries to perpetuate Japan as an absolute evil, including Mr. O’reilly Angelina Jolie’s move Chinese and Koreans, lacks the recognition of the fact the entire Asia was colonies of White people for hundreds of years before 2nd World War.
If Mr. O’reilly explained this fact in his
book, then his theory would have turned upside down and Japan would have had to
be described a savior of Asia as a super hero. Hahaha.
It’s all up to where the author cropped the
segment of history for his convenience. But if you look at the whole history,
instead of the small segment, suddenly you can get to see a different aspect.
Now, I am not saying White people are bad.
I have no intension to say that. But I want to say, western countries (White
people) were very advanced countries so that it was natural for Strong to
dominate Weak. It's not an issue of good or bad but a natural law.
A famous physicist Stephen Hawking said in
his interview before, “Don't look for aliens. Remember what happened to the naitive
American when Columbus discovered the land.
Again, this is a natural law and there is no issue of good and bad involved here.
