The last time I quoted the most updated death toll from Japanese newspaper “Chunichi Shimbun” but it was famous for anti-Japanese newspaper.
I didn’t check it closely but I quoted the death toll from it because it was the highest number among Japanese media and I thought it was the most updated. But I was wrong. Chunichi Shimbun was adding the number of infected patients and death toll from the ferry in the total. That’s why it was large in the number. The infected patients from the ferry shouldn’t be counted as Japan because most of them were foreigners and returned to their home countries now.

There is only little increase of death toll in Japan. The only people died were a few elderly, one was age over 80.

Anyway, the reason why death toll (from which you can presume the total number of infected patients) is small in Japan is because Japanese people have been working on virus spread prevention together while ignoring Japanese media and government.

In other words, even if there was no word from Japanese government, Japanese people would be working together for the prevention.

Almost all companies especially food businesses launched virus prevention act immediately after Corona Virus infection was confirmed in Japan.

Besides, even before Corona virus outbreak, Japanese people were wearing masks so it isn’t a big change or almost the same as before for Japanese people whereas most of people in the world would have to strive for changing their lifestyle drastically to adjust themselves for the different way of living wearing masks and all.

In Japan, there are no hassle and tussle for Japanese people. People are quietly dealing with the problem by themselves without government. On the other hand, Japanese media run by Koreans is hysterically screaming and demanding Japanese government to do more unnecessary virus testing while Japanese people are completely ignoring Japanese media as though Japanese media is a group of lunatic psychopaths. There is a distinctive biological difference between Japanese people and Japanese media (except Sankei News / Shimbun which is similar to Fox News in US). Both are totally behaving in a polar opposite way biologically.
