The more I checked the document, the more interesting aspects of the document I found. If you looked at it in chronological order, you could see what was the reason for making the document.
Please take a look at the attached image-1 below.
August 15 1945 was the date 2nd World War had ended. The document was issued on November 15, 1945. That means that the project for making the document was immediately launched right after the end of 2nd World War and it took only three months to complete the project. It seemed the completion for the project was urgent. Why were they so in hurry? Coincidentally Far East Trial was scheduled to begin from May 3rd 1946 till 1948. That means the document was available for U.N members about 6 months ahead of the trial began. It is natural to presume that the document was a part of preparations for Far East Trial.
So here comes a discrepancy. Korean people now scream “An issue of Comfort Women (a.k.a Sexual Slavery) was unknown by anybody until now. That’s why we are now testifying the actual history!” But this document is divulging that United Nation was investigating not only Comfort Women but also everything to the smallest details without missing one single war crime what Japanese Army was doing during the war so that UN could use it against Japan during Far East Trial.
2nd Word War ended right after two nuclear bombs were dropped in Japan. The US and United Nation needed to justify themselves for using the nuclear bombs first time ever against humans, and furthermore against civilians.
There was no doubt UN needed to perpetuate Japan as an absolute evil for their excuse. That’s why the project of investigating war crimes of Japanese Army was dire necessary. However, to UN’s disappointment, UN couldn’t find any problem about the operation that includes amenities such as Comfort Women under Japanese Army.
To South Koreans dismay, UN was already investigating everything about Comfort Women. That means no issue was neglected. How could UN possibly neglect such a huge war crime of abducting 200,000 Korean girls and making them forced to become sex-slaves? If that was true, UN would have jumped up in ecstasy and used it against Japan at the trial. It would have been a wonderful enough large war crime for UN to perpetuate Japan as an absolute evil. However, there was no such a war crime unfortunately. Even from interrogating Korean women during and after the war, UN couldn’t hear anything negative about Japan’s administration. It must have been a huge disappointment for United Nation. Hahaha.
Only small individual war crimes were all they could find.
As the matter of fact, an individual war crime was committed a lot more by Korean soldiers than Japanese soldiers in proportion. So many Korean soldiers were sentenced to death at Far East Trial. Their souls rest in peace in Yasukuni Shrine now.
If UN hadn’t investigated Comfort Women, then Korean people could fabricate anything they want, but here’s the evidence that proves UN was thoroughly investigating Comfort Women during and after the war. No more excuse for Korean cheaters.
There was an intention to make Japan look bad when the members of UN (Victorious countries) were preparing for the trial, otherwise there would be no reason for going to trial. Even Douglas MacArthur, General Commander of GHQ, in his autobiography says that Far East Trial was nothing but a just staged act to make Japan look evil. (I will talk about MacArthur after this topic. He was an amazing American man)
As the matter of fact, an Indian jurist Radhabinod Pal, who was the only Asian judge at Far East Trial, said in his speech in Hiroshima after Far East Trial as follow. “All trials were designed to convict Japanese soldiers. It was so unfair.” And Judge Pal gave 'Not guilty' to all Japanese soldiers during the trials which made western judges very upset.
Anyway, despite the document was obviously designed for the purpose of using it against Japan during Far East trial, UN couldn’t find any war crime from investigating the amenities such as brothels under Japanese Army. And I think this was the reason why this document had been hidden in the safety box until recently because this document only proved Japanese Army had no problem in its operation at all which was really unnecessary information for UN (Victorious countries) when they were trying to find the injustice about Japanese Army to justify themselves for using the nuclear bombs against humans.
Even though it is just too late revealing the document now, but I still appreciate Kansas University for making the document available to public.
Now, let’s take a look at the document.
It is working environment of Comfort Women in Shanghai China. There were Japanese, Korean and Chinese Comfort girls.
Each the owner of the brothel and the prostitute was taking the profits in ratio of 50/50. This is very a good condition for employees because the owner is paying the accommodation and necessities to live for employees out of his pocket money.
Even when she got a disease, the owner was supposed to pay the half of the medical fee.
In addition to that, every prostitute was having a medical check once in every Thursday for free. It’s not bad. When you look at it as a business, the employers were taking really good care of their employees. Nowadays, when you talk about Korean prostitutes in Japan and the US, those Korean prostitutes are treated like sex-slaves by Korean owners. It’s a really horrible working condition. I listed some of the news in English below.

This is a really good one.
“A prisoner of war” means a Japanese citizen caught by the US Army. The owner of a brothel was explaining when he got caught by the US Army how he started his business.
In his confession, he said that his business wasn’t doing well in Korea, that’s when he heard about the opportunity to run a brothel in Japanese colonized regions oversea. Then he applied to Army Headquarters for the permission to take Korean prostitutes to Burma Myanmar. And he bought 22 Korean girls paying their families 300 to 1000 yen.
These are the actual ads posted in Korea during a war time by brothel owners. These ads were submitted by Korean people in South Korea saying “This is how Japanese Army collected Korean prostitutes!!” The ads were not made by Japanese Army but individual owners.
Korean people can’t read old style Japanese language and Chinese characters that’s why their guess was all wrong. There is a name of the company which issued the ads in it. It says “Imai agency”. So Mr. Imai of Japanese man was the owner of the company.
What’s really drawing my attention about these ads is that it says “Salary: More than 300 yen per month (Prepayment salary can be provided up to 3,000 yen)” What it says in the ads and what is written in KU document perfectly match! Both ads and the document mention “300 yen”. 300 yen was a minimum salary. Very much convincing when two documents from both Japan and the US are testifying the same thing.
Now, this is a very much critical record for Koreans. Please look on the right side of image-3.
“Headquarters, Korean Army gave him a letter addressed to all military headquarters of the Japanese Army, requesting them to furnish any assistance he might require, transport, rations, medical attention, etc.”
It sounds like Korean Army was supporting the Japanese brothel owners. Hahaha.
You see, when Korean people started to insist that Japanese Army abducted 200,000 Korean women for Sex-slave, smart people were mocking and saying “Where were Korean men when 200,000 Korean women were abducted?” It’s really funny when you found out Korean men were Japanese soldiers with guns and weapons. “Why Korean men didn’t do anything about it? Where were they?” No Korean people have ever been able to explain their discrepancy. Haha.
Well, in reality, Korean men, as Japanese soldiers, weren’t anywhere but right there to help support the Japanese brothel owners. Hahaha.
KU document covers all countries Japanese Army had brothels. That includes China, Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, etc so Korean people can’t make any excuse about their fabricated history any more.
I’m going to stop here because it is getting a long writing. I’ll talk about how much Comfort Women were earning and all in Part-3.
In a meanwhile, if you’d like to read the actual KU document, you can download PDF file from Kansas University website.
Below is the link.
