I found an interesting writing from Facebook.
I often times refer to the postings written by Mr. Kent Gilbert, the U.S attorney general, who spent more than 30 years in Japan.
On August 22nd, he wrote a very interesting thing in his Facebook that resembled to what I've been explaining here.
He said that he was surprised by how different Japanese and Korean way of thinking were despite the fact that those two countries have been adjacent to each other.
Also He mentioned " the normal Japanese assumption that people are fundamentally good". That's what I been calling here "the view of good (idiot)". He is referring to "the view of good" and saying that it's been the source of problem between Japan and South Korea.
I copied and pasted his writing below.

Apology to Korea Makes One a Self-Confessed Sinner

On August 16th, I participated in Voice Live, a talk show held by PHP Kenkyusho on the topic of “Japanese-Korean Relations 70 Years after the End of the War.” It was set up with journalist Hajime Marutani, who is always teaching me new and interesting things, serving as moderator, while Sonfa Oh, a professor in the international department of Takushoku University, and I exchanged various opinions.

Ms. Oh was born on Jeju Island in South Korea, and came to Japan as a foreign exchange student in 1983. At that time she had strong anti-Japanese feelings, but as she learned various facts, she came to have stronger feelings of empathy toward Japan. She said she was shocked when she realized that the anti-Japanese education she had received in Korea was false. After resolving the conflicts in her mind, she took out Japanese citizenship in 1988.

I was surprised by many things she had to say, beginning with our discussion before the event even began. It was brought home to me how different the values and common understandings are between the neighboring countries of South Korea and Japan.

I will leave the details of our discussion to the article which will appear in the October issue of “Voice” (which goes on sale September 10th), but to mention just one thing, the meaning and function of an “apology” are completely different in Korea.

Japan has apologized to South Korea almost 60 times, but the other day a former comfort woman stated that “Japan has not apologized even once.” For Japanese, an “apology” is an action taken to calm the anger of the other party and repair wronged feelings. Thereafter both parties forget the unpleasant past and let bygones be bygones, and the matter is closed.

On the hand, in Korea “apology” is not a matter of emotions. If one apologizes, he becomes a “sinner” who has admitted his guilt, and the person receiving the apology obtains the right to torment the sinner. An apology is the beginning of an unfair relationship.

Moreover, Koreans do not let bygones be bygones. President Park Geun-hye gave a speech in which she said “The relative positions of a wrongdoer and a victim do not change even after 1,000 years.” That is the typical thinking of Koreans.

No matter how many times it apologizes to Korea, the “repair of wronged feelings” intended by Japan is impossible to achieve. Rather, every time Korea receives an apology, it thinks again “We were able to put Japan in a subordinate position.” Such an apology should be impossible between two nations, but Korea, including its leaders, demands a Korean-style apology.

Incidentally, in the U.S. “apology and restitution” are thought of as one set too, but the matter ends with the delivery of the apology and restitution.

Under international law, problems related to the period of annexation of Korea to Japan were resolved by the Japan‐Republic of Korea Basic Relations Treaty concluded in 1965, but Korea keeps bringing up the same problems again and again. Japan is unfortunate to be entangled with Korea. Japanese politicians and diplomats bear deep responsibility for conducting foreign relations with Korea under the normal Japanese assumption that people are fundamentally good.

All public servants involved in Korean diplomacy should carefully read Ms. Oh’s book.

=Japan now and future (part-1)=
This time, I'm going to talk about what's happening in Japan and what's going to happen in future Japan.
The theme is vast issue. If I had to, I would have to write endlessly. So I will narrow it down to the issues that most of Japanese people can not think of.

I've been talking about "the view of good" and "the view of malicious" here in my blog. Without knowing those points of view, you never can see any truth of Japan and East Asia.

As I mentioned last time, the bill, that enables Japanese army to go oversea and fight, passed at the Japanese congress on July 15th.
The whole world that includes the U.S, EU, and South East Asian countries were welcoming the passed bill except two notorious countries China and South Korea.
The fact everybody is welcoming the bill is really confusing for China and South Korea. And it became an article at Chinese web news "Record China" questioning "Why there is a country supports the bill?".
http://military38.com/archives/45040874.html

China and South Korea have been thinking that their long time Anti-Japanese propaganda (brainwashing) has been effective enough to make the whole world deceived into believing their fabricated histories.
But the fact only China and South Korea are being isolated from the whole world is flabbergasting to them. They thought the whole world was with them and supporting the ugly Anti-Japanese hatred.
Well, looks like the whole world turned out to be not as malicious as China and South Korea after all. Hahahaha.

Anyway, the real problem is not over yet but has just begun. Like I said last time, people who are the most against the passed bill are South Korean people. Because they have been promoting the anti-Japanese hatred throughout the world. Therefore, they need to stick with the theory that Japanese people are the world most malicious people.
Accepting the fact Japanese people are the righteous and trustworthy good people is like for Korean people to stop raising the anti-Japanese hatred. That's is no good. That's out of question for Korean people. They can not live another day without the hatred. So the only choice they have is to hold on to projecting the malicious image of Japanese people and scream "Japanese people are evil! Don't trust them! We were the victims of Japanese army! Trust us!".
That only makes me laugh and say "Korean people didn't exist during and before WW2. You Korean were Japanese citizen and Japanese army. If you said Japanese army abducted Korean women, that only meant Korean men were abducting Korean women since Korean men and women were both Japanese citizen and Japanese army during WW2". Of course this kind of real history is not acceptable for Korean people. They just scream and keep denying it.

Okay. Here comes the question. "Why Korean people need to be that adamantly holding onto the anti-Japanese hatred with the fabricated history and lies one after another? What's the purpose for doing that?" There's always a reason when people do something extreme with insanity. Especially when the whole people and nation are doing it in harmony.
Think about it. Those Korean people screaming and crying are young enough to have never experienced WW2. The more time passes from WW2, the louder Korean people scream. Isn't that weird or even suspicious?
In order to explain that, you first have to know Korean people's peculiar national character. For better perspective, I will compare Japanese people with Korean.

There are many Japanese people (especially elderly) in Japan who insist that Japan needs to make an apology again and again and again and again and again until the "self-claimed" victims of Japanese army are all satisfied.
What do you think? Do you agree with them? If you do, then you have "the view of good".
In the view of good, all people on the planet of earth are supposed to be saints. Nobody makes a lie because people are all saints. And everybody is honest because people are all saints. Right?

In 2011, a huge tsunami hit northern part of Japan and wiped out everything in its way. People lost everything including a driver license and ID card. So there was nothing to identify themselves. That's when Japanese banks changed their policy and offered them to withdraw up to $1,000 if anyone who came up to the bank and claimed that he or she had money in their bank account. No identity was required. All people had to do was to be honest.
Isn't that amazing? If the same thing were done in South Korea, everyone would make a lie and steal the money. But in Japan, the society is based on "the view of good" so that everybody is supposed to be as honest as saints. Crazy? Mr.Kent Gilbert, the U.S attorney general, explained this true story in his video before in awe.
=Actual video spoken in Japanese language by Mr. Kent Gilbert=
From 5:50 he starts explaining the unusual Japanese way of thinking.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MYzhm-NNq4

What do you think? Sounds like Japanese people are all idiots, right? Hahaha. That's why I call "the view of good" as "the view of idiot". But you know? I found a lot of American people who had the view of idiot while I was living in the U.S.
Also when I post my comments on Yahoo news in English, I run into a lot of people who have the view of good.
Those who think that Japan should apologize to South Korea are the ones who have the view of idiot. Are you one of those?
I understand those, regardless Japanese or American, who have the view of good are ignorant. They look at the world from the view of good. That's why all judgements they make, end up total misjudgements.
I explain this to Japanese people all the time. And here I'm explaining this to people who can understand English. I'm sure if majority of Japanese people can't understand it, neither can you.

Here's example of Korean style. Last November before X'mas season, there was a news from Korean Daily News about the incident that described pretty well about South Korean people.
This article was written for domestic purpose. But web news "Forcus Asia" translated it into Japanese so we Japanese people know the news. Hahaha
The title is "The whole world vendors are alerted to malicious South Korean customers".
According to the article, a lot of Korean people were committing a fraud on the internet shopping. The methods were available on Korean internet so Korean people were learning how to pull off the fraud.
One of the many victims was the world famous cosmetic brand from London called "Lush". Korean say, "You buy a Lush product sold in London on the internet and select the untrackable shipping method. Then when you receive the product, you make a claim to Lush (What's going on!? I never received it!) Lush will make a deep apology and send you another product. That's how you can get two expensive products for only one price!"
Korean people were all happy. Hundreds and thousands of Korean have been committing the shopping fraud all over the world. According to Korean Daily News, Lush changed the web system only for South Korean customers that gave no choice but selected only trackable shipping method. Lush did this only to South Korean people. Hahaha.
It was only last November when Korean Daily News gave a warning to Korean people that all Korean people were being watched out by whole vendors all over the world. It wasn't anything like some Korean were arrested for doing that and became a news. But because there was no law or method to prevent South Korean from committing a fraud, Korean news just wanted to give the warning to all Korean people in hopes of them giving up on committing the fraud. But I am sure Korean are still doing it. They just don't stop it until they get caught by police. Which may less likely happen though since they are committing the fraud oversea thru the internet. The victims will not travel all the way to South Korea and report the crime in Korean language. So if you are running a web shop, the only way to protect yourself is to know the difference between you and Korean and prepare for it before you'll become the next victim.
Cheating and making a lie are Korean culture and DNA.
Japanese people are enough to be the victims by Korean fraud (Sexual slavery and all).
http://www.focus-asia.com/socioeconomy/photonews/402400/

I read a news similar to this one before. Abercrombie & Fitch is also limiting South Korean customers.

Another good example. Cheating on exams is a traditional Korean national character. Last year in October, SAT test, which is an exam to get enrolled in the elite universities in the U.S, was withheld in the entire Korea due to cheating claims. At the same time in China, 2,440 students were caught for cheating on a national test.
TOEIC test, which is a global organization to examine the level of your English skills, had one time withdrawn from South Korea due to the entire organization of TOEIC in Korea and examinees were caught cheating on the test. You know the organization of TOEIC in Korea is run by native Korean. So that the organization itself became a fraud and cheater. And examinees are also native South Korean. So they are also cheaters. It was natural this kind of cheating and fraud could occur, if TOEIC let it run only by South Korean alone.
This is the reason why so many Korean and Chinese students you find at Harvard, Yale, and Pennsylvania university. Westerners are as gullible as Japanese people due to possessing the view of good so they can't see the malicious intention Korean and Chinese people have.

You can search a lot of news about cheating Korean on the internet if you use the key words such as "Korean cheat on exam" and ""Korea cheat on exam"

"China catches 2,440 cheating students in high-tech scam"
http://edition.cnn.com/2014/10/28/world/asia/china-exam-cheats/index.html

"Cheating claims delay SAT test scores in China, South Korea"
http://edition.cnn.com/2014/10/30/world/asia/china-south-korea-sat-test-cheating/index.html

I remember when I first traveled to Los Angeles California, I was surprised to find that there were a lot of Korean immigrants in L.A. There was even a huge Korean town in the middle of the city. I just couldn't understand it.
Then one day I had a chance to talk to a group of Japanese American. I asked them "Why there are so much Korean immigrants?". And one of them replied "They cheated". I said "What?". He said that all South Korean, young and old, made a lie claiming that they were all pastors(preachers). Back then immigration office was giving green cards to pastors(priests) easily. That's why all Korean made a lie and cheated on the U.S immigration office. He turned out to be an immigration officer.
"That's how they gained the number of Korean immigrants. Not to mention the fake marriage (marriage fraud) to obtain the green card. But now immigration law has changed. And it's no longer easy to get a green card even if you are a preacher or committing a marriage fraud. Thanks to South Korean immigrants" he said.

So you see. Even from my experience, South Korean national character is apparent. And a consistency is there.
All the examples prove a peculiar Korean character that is everybody all together tend to commit a fraud and cheating without feeling a bid of guilty. No shame but just pure maliciousness.
That's why I always tell Japanese and other people that you may not look at Korean and Chinese from your own common sense which is "the view of good".
Please don't assume South Korean and Chinese are saints who never make a lie. Depending on the country, common sense becomes 100% different from yours. There are countries where there are absolutely no sense of honesty and thoughtfulness in its culture at all, like South Korea.
Can you start looking at Korean testimonies of holocaust and sexual slavery from a different point of view? Without the point of view that Korean and Chinese are all saints?
If I explained to you what would be the purpose for Korean to commit the sexual slavery fraud, you might finally be able to understand it.

Continues to the next.

What I am about to tell you is unavailable information via TV, newspaper, or web-news. It's something all Japanese people never knew about.

As I have previously said, I used to live in Los Angeles California for total about 10 years. So my point of view is not Japanese Japanese but from the point of view which I developed living in Los Angeles.
I developed this different point of view and first time got to see the actual figure of Japanese people from different perspective.
If you haven't lived in a different country, you will never know about yourself since you don't have anything to compare yourself with for putting yourself in perspective.
Los Angeles is a rough place. Very different region from other states. I learned quite a lot there about the differences of the way of thinking depending on nationality.
I found out Japan and two countries, China and Korea are very different from one another.
If you've been living in the U.S and seen Japanese, Chinese, and Korean, you would've probably thought that there wasn't much differences among Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.
It is true because those Japanese, Chinese, and Korean immigrants living in the U.S are being conscious about different races and nationalities living near by. In another word, they can have a different perspective view about themselves while comparing themselves to other nationalities. That's why they can behave relatively similar way.
But if you look at the people back in their home countries, it's a whole different story. They behave totally different way from one another. Because they have nothing to compare themselves with. It's all by themselves. So they don't have any question about what they think and how they behave. So they don't know that there is any difference among themselves.

What I criticize about Japanese people in Japanese websites is that they don't know nothing about outside of Japan, thinking their common sense can work out in different countries.
Of course Japanese people know that there are differences in culture, ritual, and tradition, stuffs like that. But what Japanese people never can understand is the difference of the way of thinking. Neither can Korean people understand the way of Japanese thinking. In reality, everything is different and opposite from each other.

Japanese people are very gullible. Whereas Korean people are very shrewd and wise. The differences all come from "The view of good" and "The view of malicious".
I explained "The view of good" and "The view of malicious" in April this year and re-posted it in this blog on May 15th.
In the view of good, people are supposed to be honest. Therefore, people believe anything what others say incautiously. That's Japanese people. In the view of malicious, people all make lies with malicious intentions. Therefore, everybody has a doubt on everything what others say and never trust others including their own family members. That's Korean people.
Does this sound extreme? Well, as unbelievable as it might sound, this is reality. Japanese people don't know nothing about Korean. Korean people don't know nothing about Japanese. Both people look at each other from their own points of view "The view of good" and "The view of malicious".
This is the reason why they misunderstand each other, and why they can never get along with each other.

You see, nobody ever explained the mechanism of Japanese way of thinking and Korean way of thinking using the words "The view of good" and "The view of malicious". I am the first man ever.
I've been trying to convince Japanese people about the view of malicious. But so far it's been unsuccessful. Hahaha. Japanese people can not understand it. Hahaha.

Anyway, when "The view of malicious" encounters "The view of good", you know what's going to happen? The view of malicious finds The view of good as extremely gullible and stupid.
I will show you the actual example. There is a popular fraud called "It's me fraud" in Japan now. This crime was originally committed by Korean immigrants but now more and more Chinese immigrants are said to be involved.
They target the elderly of gullible Japanese people. The criminal makes a phone call and impersonates a family member of the victim. And it goes like this.

Fraud "Mom! It's me!"
Mom "Yoshi? Is that you?"
Fraud "Yeah! It's me Yoshi!"
Mom "What happened?"
Fraud "I just had a car accident. And the victim and I came to reach agreement for the settlement. I need to pay $20,000 immediately. Will you help me with that Mom?"
Mom "Does it have to be that urgent? Let me see"
Fraud"Here is the wiring information. Will you wire the money by 3PM today?"
Mom "Okay".

In the actual case, their method is more sophisticated and tricky.
The total damage caused by the "It's me fraud" is 400 million dollars a year. It's been like this for a decade. And the total number of the victims has continually been increasing over the years.
So Police in Japan and TV station came up with an idea to prevent the fraud. Which was making a video that actually demonstrates the each case and shows how the fraud is being practiced. But what's really funny is, contrary to their expectation, the more they broadcasted it on TV, the more number of victims increased. Hahahaha

Japan Police was really confused about this. It was only for the purpose to reduce the number of victims. But ironically it helped increase the number of victims as the result.
It is presumed that the reason for why every time broadcasting the video on TV, helped increase the number of victims, was because people tend to feel all secured and safe after watching the demonstrations. "Now I have learned it. And I won't get cheated" That's when people drop their guard and become incautious. Hahaha.
So there is no way for Japan Police to reduce the number of victims as of now. Hahahaha.

Anyway, "It's me fraud" is another version of fraud invented by South Korean immigrants. Its method was based on the skill of Comfort women fraud. At first, Korean claim to Japanese "Your family member did a horrible thing to me! I am your victim!" Then gullible Japanese take it serious and apologize, thinking that there is no people out there who makes a lie (based on "the view of good"). By getting the apology and money from Japanese, Korean's fabricated claim becomes real. That's how the comfort women issue was created.
It was relationship between gullible Japanese people and shrewd Korean immigrants that created the ever-lasting issue.

Recently Japanese people are becoming aware that there is something beyond their imagination exists between Japanese and Korean people. But Japanese people can't understand what exactly it is. This is the reason why "Ken-Kan" books are the best seller books in Japan now. "Ken-Kan" in English means "Disliking Korean".
Those books are explaining in details about Korean culture and their way of thinking. It's simply disgusting and intolerable for Japanese people to know the actual figure of Korean people. Because everything what Korean people do is prohibited in Japanese culture due to immoral and unethical reason. "It's so low, unethical, and disgusting!" is the impression Japanese people have from reading the books. Hahaha
I'm kind of used to malicious Korean people since I lived in Los Angeles before. Los Angeles is a place where both "The view of good" and "The view of malicious" exist. But majority of Japanese people are not used to it. So the reaction Japanese people have after getting to know the actual Korean way of thinking, is to want to cut off all relationships from Korean.
Japanese people are coming to realize that they can never get along with Korean people. I understand how Japanese people feel and think. And I don't like Korean way of thinking too. But cutting off any relationship from Korean is unpractical I think. Because there are more than one million Korean immigrants in Japan now. And if you counted those Korean who got naturalized and got Japanese citizenship, it would be a huge number. It's impossible to get rid of them all.
So my suggestion to Japanese people is developing the skills to defend themselves from Korean. They've learned about Korean. Now the next stage is developing the skills for defense.

Have you ever heard of "Profiling" before? It's a skill, the special unit within Police department, uses to help solving a mysterious case. This skill is to read the minds of suspects when the crime took place.
In order to do that, you first have to collect information about the suspect. What kind of character the suspect has. His tendency, habit, and favorite. Whether he is leaned toward emotion or cold and canny? Once you collected enough information about the suspect, you visualize his mindsetting which has to be exactly the same mindsetting as the suspect has. Otherwise you can't see what the suspect was seeing. Then you look at the scene, where the crime took place, from the eyes and mind of the suspect. That's how you can make accurate assumptions.
I do this when I predict what Korean government will do and is up to. And my prediction has always been correct.

On July 2nd, Japan's request of registering the battleship island at UNESCO world heritage was accepted.(See the image-3 attached below)

However, Japan was deceived by South Korea and made a huge mistake. When Japan tried to register the battleship island at UNESCO, it was interfered by South Korea. South Korea did everything they could to screw up Japan's plan by spreading a false rumor about the battleship island. South Korea said that the island was a place where Korean people were forced to work. Which was all lies since Korean people were all Japanese citizens. Not captives of the enemy of Japan. Okay? So you can see Korean's lie easily. Whatever they say they have a lot of discrepancies in their words.
Anyway, prior to registering the battleship island, Japanese government had a meeting with the foreign minister of South Korea "Yun Byung-se" on June 22nd. (See the attached image-4 below)

As I explained, Japanese people are gullible due to possessing the view of good. Japanese government was too blind to see South Korea's malicious intention. Korean foreign minister promised Japan to support registering the battleship island at UNESCO. And Japanese government took his word serious.
I was predicting from earlier June that South Korea would make Japan accept "forced work" for registering the battleship island. I kept warning to Japanese people on the internet but nobody believed my word saying "It's your delusion". Then I said "Put yourself in Korea's shoe and imagine what is the best way to screw up the country of Japan?" And none of Japanese people could imagine anything. Because they are all used to the view of good. It was impossible for them to put themselves in the mindsetting of the view of malicious. This was the same for Japanese government. The government was also in the depth of the view of good, and wasn't concerned anything about oncoming tragedy.

Because Korean foreign minister made a promise to Japan, all Japanese people and government were happy and no longer cared about what was going to happen in the end. And as I predicted, South Korea flipped over their promise at the last minute. And Japan got panicked, yet was so desperate to register the island, thus ended up accepting the word "forced to work". Duhhh! What kind of idiots are they? Was their purpose of registering the island to distort the fact and appeal "Slave island" to the whole world? Just like comfort women issue, Japan gets continually deceived and cheated by Korea.

Like I said, eliminating Korean people and cutting off all relationships from Korea would not be a solution. One way or the other, sooner or later, Japanese people will encounter Korean people at some point in their lives. The solution for Japanese people is to develop the skill to deal with very shrewd and tricky Korean people.
There is nothing good about being gullible and stupid. But what's really bothering me is that in Japan, people who got cheated by others are called "O-hi-to-yo-shi" which in English means "Good hearted person" or "Good spirited person". This word is not used as irony but compliment. So it feels really good when you got cheated and having your money stolen by others. Because people call you "You are a good hearted person!"
It's really flattering. It's just like something to be proud of having your money stolen by others. Hahaha.
But I found this was not good custom. Because people never learn anything from their mistake thinking "I don't need to learn anything. Because the cheater is all wrong. He needs to learn. Not me. I'm a good person!". That's why all Japanese people remain gullible and incautious. And this is the reason why the number of victims by the fraud continues to grow in Japan.
Everyday, everywhere, national treasures and statues of Buddha are being stolen by Korean in Japan.
So in Japanese websites, I often times tell people "Stop calling the people who got cheated by the fraud "Good hearted people" but instead call them "Idiots". That's when Japanese people become angry. Hahahaha. But I tell them "You guys never learn anything from making mistakes, complimenting each other. That's why you are all gullible. That's why Korean and Chinese are targeting only on Japanese people".

For the last, please take a look at the image-5 attached below.

This was demonstration protesting against the approved bill that enables Japanese Army to go oversea and fight. The bill was passed on July 15.
Most of protesters are Korean immigrants or Korean Japanese.
Korean government, Korean people, and Korean immigrants in Japan are all against the bill.
Ironically the people and the country that have never had a war against Japan before are the only ones in the whole world screaming against the passed bill.
It's time to cast dubious eyes upon Korean people.
Screaming people don't always mean that they are the victims. But often times they could be cheaters and frauds especially in the country of liars "Korea". The country where people have the view of malicious in common.

There are a lot of things happened for the last two weeks.
There is no way I can write everything that happened in the last two weeks.
So I picked MERS news.

As I told you two weeks ago that South Korean government switched to Self-reporting style to collect the information about the number of infected patients and possible suspects of MERS infection.
Since then, it has been apparently slowing down the spread of the disease.  But nobody knows the actual status since nobody is tracking down the possible suspects for quarantine.
Then on July 1st, E.Jong a representative of W.H.O(World Health Organization) from Korea said on the interview that the reason W.H.O suggested South Korea to have a unit for collaborative research was only because South Korea had been secretive about the outbreak, thus W.H.O wanted to investigate the actual condition in Korea.

http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150702-00021196-hankyoreh-kr

So there's been a lot of speculations going on about the outbreak of MERS. But nobody knows much about South Korea. It's like North Korea. Very secretive. Hahahaha

Korean Air and Asiana Air ceased many flights between Japan and South Korea at local airports . And it is expected to continue until August.
Many sources report the number of tourists visiting South Korea has dropped 80% compared to the same period of the last year.
http://www.sankei.com/economy/news/150622/ecn1506220006-n1.html
http://www.sankei.com/world/news/150625/wor1506250033-n1.html

On June 22nd, the U.S government designated South Korea as a country caution and gave a warning to medical professionals to be cautious about handling the tourists who have the symptoms of MERS infection.
http://www.nikkei.com/article/DGXLASGM12H25_S5A620C1EAF000/

South Korean government is antsy and wants to call the end of the outbreak anytime soon but the number of MERS infected patients has been continually increasing.
Last time on June 17th, I reported the number of infected patients was 162 but it's 186 as of today.  The number of dead people from the infection has also increased from 20 to 33 now.
http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150705-00000005-cnippou-kr

So South Korean government came up with a new solution to make up the lost tourists.
The government announced that they'd make visa fees free. Usually a tourist has to pay $15.00 for visa. In addition to that, Chinese tourists who's got visas from Japan, can visit South Korea without visa from Korea.
To this desperate attempt, many Japanese people who read this news are laughing. "Why Korea is accepting the tourists who have only Japanese visas? Does South Korean government think that they are still a part of Japan?" "I thought they got independent from Japan 70 years ago. Was I wrong?" Hahaha
http://news.yahoo.com/video/korea-waives-visa-fees-attract-161212927.html

According to Korean News "Chosun Nippo", many shopping malls in Seoul Korea had a huge sale in a desperate attempt to lure customers into shopping from June 26th till 28th.
The discount rate was from 30% to as much as 90% off! This news was of course megaphoned thru media in Japan, China, and many other Asian countries.
http://hosyusokuhou.jp/archives/44576800.html

In the editorial published on July 2nd, Korean News "Chou Nippo" criticized Korea as below.
"The infected patients and their families didn't behave like people in developed countries and made lies to medical professionals was part of reason for the outbreak"
"Didn't the attitude of refusing to carry any responsibilities and risks but instead blaming everything on others and pursuing only for your own selfishness, result in  all people which include the medical authority, hospital, and infected patients, trying to hide the truth without feeling a bit of guilty?"
http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150702-00000059-rcdc-cn

I wish they could have the same point of view about the comfort women issue.
"Pursuing only your own selfishness and shamelessly making lies without feeling a bit of guilty".

I have been busy lately for my company. I hope I can find some time to write about my report this weekend. There were a lot of things happened for the last a couple of weeks.

Anyway, according to Korean News (Chuo Nippo), there was the unveiling ceremony of Pope Francis statue held at the west side of Soccer stadium on June 30th in South Korea.
Pope Francis visited South Korea in August last year. So this was a monument to... well, whatever for Korean.
Please take a look at the attached image-1 below.
What do you think?  Pope Francis is on his hand and knees before the Korean man and doing... what? What is that?
Is this a common Christian ritual?  I'm not sure. But majority of Japanese people watched this picture were commenting "What the hell is that?" "Looks offensive!" "Disgusting!".  Hahaha.

Today's first report begins with a cheerful news.

According to Daily China News, China is having a dog meat festival soon in June.
Every year, 10,000 dogs are killed for this festival. And Chinese people enjoy to eat the dog feast with drinks for a good happy time.
However, British actor Ricky Gervais is opposing to the event and raising his voice to stop the event.
He saw the video of the festival in May, which was produced by a non-profit organization "Human Society International", and got shocked to see the cruelty.
He is now telling his fans to support HSI.

Looks like China is in deep trouble. Hahaha.

MERS news.
The total number of dead people is now 25. 5 people have increased since three days ago.
The number of infected patient hasn't increased. It suddenly stopped since two days ago. What do you think?
"Has Korea finally succeeded in controlling MERS? Aren't they amazing?" Well, wait a minute. Hahaha. Not so fast.
In the end of last week, South Korean government announced that they gave up on counting MERS infected patients due to overwhelming number of possible suspects that they couldn't keep up with tracking them down. Hahaha.
So now Korean government switched to Self-reporting style for counting the infected patients. Since then, no new MERS infected patient was reported. Hahaha.
Well, Korea has no sense of honesty in its culture. Nobody honestly reports their condition. So in a way, this was strategy intentionally designed by Korean government. They just don't want to tell the truth.
They want to make a lie and cheat on the world. They do this all the time so it is nothing new or surprising to us at all. Both North and South Korea are always like that. Hahaha.
http://hosyusokuhou.jp/archives/44481398.html

You know how desperate they are now? Korean government announced last week that they were not only making the tour fee and hospital fee free but also giving $3,000 for tourists who got infected by MERS during Korean tour.
In addition to that, Korean government last week announced that they'd give $100,000 if the tourist died from MERS infection. This news really made Chinese and Vietnamese people angry. Hahaha. They said "You can't exchange our lives for money!"

Well, a good news is, Kyoto University in Japan developed a vaccine for MERS virus from an Ostrich egg. The vaccine is now under mass production. And it is already sent to South Korea and the U.S last week.
So no worry about MERS any more.

For the last. Please take a look at the attached pictures 3.
This is a pictures of South Korean police. Look at the way they wear
their masks. Their noses are all exposed.
They have to cover up not only their mouths but also their noses. What's the point of wearing masks if they breath in through their noses? Hahaha

Another update of MERS in South Korea.
Since June 15th, the total number of dead people has increased from 15 to 20 today.
The infected patients also have increased from 145 to 162.
18 patients out of 162 are unstable condition now according to Korean Health authority.
The total number of people under quarantine has increased from 4,856 to 6,508. It was 922 increase for just yesterday alone!
It's not slowing down at all. Hahaha

According to Russian media, They confirmed a possibly MERS infected patient in Russia. The patient returned from Seoul Korea.
She seemed to have contacted with a MERS infected patient at a hospital in Seoul.

According to "Korean News One", a hospital in Prague Czech put a man under quarantine on June 16th who has just returned from South Korea.
He started to have the symptoms of MERS infection after returning from South Korea.
http://www.recordchina.co.jp/a111779.html

There's a news reporting about a typical Korean . According to Yonhap Korean News, 42 year old man had been having the symptoms of MERS infection since June 9th after visiting Samsung Seoul hospital for seeing his father.
On June 12, he finally visited a health authority for diagnosis. He was put under quarantine and was waiting for the result. But without hearing the result he broke the locked door and bolted from the hospital screaming "If I were infected by MERS, I would make everybody infected!".
He returned to his home by using a taxi. The result of his diagnosis turned out to be positive for MERS infection.
Health authority is now checking the security cams in public to see whom he contacted with.
To this news, there are comments from Korean people. Below are some of them.
"I work at a hospital. And I see a lot of patients like him"
"This is typical Korean"
"Our government is incompetent. But if people have a tendency to ignore the rules, the outbreak can not be ceased"
"I work at a hospital and see people like him a lot. And I'm always working in fear that I might be infected by those type of patients"
http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150615-00000022-xinhua-cn

See? Korean people themselves know their national characters Selfish and Malicious. Because they have the "View of malicious" in their hearts.
There are a lot of MERS infected Korean who are intentionally spreading the disease in society. This is the main reason why only South Korea is having the outbreak.
If everybody is malicious, it becomes like South Korea.
Now, I will show you more interesting news.

According to Korean media "Money Today" reported on June 16th, the total 133 people, who have ever contacted with MERS patients, thus having been under quarantine, had gone to somewhere else without a trace from the secluded area during June 2nd to 10th.
43 people out of 133 were from Seoul, and the rest of the people were from 5 different regions.
Korean Police is in search of those 133 people as of now.

Below are the comments by Chinese people reading this news.
"Too immoral!"
"Inferior race!"
"Can't Korean people control their emotion?"
"Korean people are really selfish!"
"It can't be! It's impossible!"
"What the hell are you Korean!?"

Hahaha. See? Are you beginning to see the actual figure of Korean people? You never knew this, right? Welcome to an era of the internet! Now you can see what you haven't been able to see before.
Now Japanese government is also in fear because of Korean people. Korean people are very unethical and malicious. They could come to Japan and spread MERS anytime now.
One of the most possible source of infection Japanese authority assume, if it happens, is Korean prostitutes. There are 50,000 Korean prostitutes in Japan, 30,000 in the U.S, 10,000 in Australia now. They come to Japan with a short term VISA to make money.
They come and go in short period. So they could be the carriers of MERS to spread MERS all over the world. South Korea is the world number one MERS exporter now.
The official says that even if people were infected by MERS in Japan, it wouldn't become like South Korea as long as people behaved with morals and ethics.
http://npn.co.jp/article/detail/56225123/

See? I explained to you "Omoiyari" on May 24th. Omoiyari in English means "Being considerate and thoughtful to others in caring". This is the basic Japanese way of thinking. But there is no concept of Omoiyari in Korean culture. Not even a word in Korean dictionary.
Korean children are raised by their parents to be as selfhish as they can. Therefore if you follow Korean way of thinking, you will reach the point where you start to think "Let's kill people for my selfish reason! That's okay! I can be as selfish as I want to be. I was taught and raised that way by my parents".
So there is a consistency between the way they were raised and the way they behave.

On June 3rd, Chosun Nippo, which is the number one Korean media, criticized about Korean people and culture in its editorial saying "Irresponsible Korean".
In the article, it says "There is a traditional tendency among Korean people that rules are for others not for myself" "Making lies to cheat on Health authority resulted in the outbreak of MERS in Korea".
http://news.searchina.net/id/1576513?page=1

Now, Vietnamese are also upset with South Korea. On June 15th, Vietnamese government advised the nation self-imposed restrictions on traveling to South Korea.
And Korean government quickly responded to it and announced a new policy that effective from June 22nd, any tourist infected by MERS in South Korea, will be given free tour fee and free medical fee to cure it. And also $3,000 to be given.
Hahaha.
To this announcement, Vietnamese are giving comments like "Aren't you supposed to cease the infection and find out the root of infection first?"
http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150615-00000007-gnasia-asia

This news is also about a typical reckless Korean man. The title is "Where is the moral?" Hahaha
An ambulance driver aged 55 from Samsung Seoul hospital was confirmed to be infected by MERS, announced Korean Health authority on June 13th.
The driver first contacted with the first MERS infected patient at the end of May.
He had been having fever but kept driving the ambulace for 9 days until June 10th. Hahaha.
It is now assumed that the ambulance driver was the one spreading MERS. Hahahahaha
You know? Not all people who call an ambulance are MERS infected patients. As the matter of fact, most of people who call an ambulance are injured people by accidents. So on their way to the hospital, the driver was infecting none MERS infected people in the ambulance. Hahaha
Even though the driver contacted with the first MERS patient, he was not checked by the hospital. Nor did he confess that he had the symptoms of MERS infection.
It seemed that the driver was reckless and wasn't wearing any protection at work. Hahahahaha.
