There are a lot of things happened for the last two weeks.
There is no way I can write everything that happened in the last two weeks.
So I picked MERS news.

As I told you two weeks ago that South Korean government switched to Self-reporting style to collect the information about the number of infected patients and possible suspects of MERS infection.
Since then, it has been apparently slowing down the spread of the disease.  But nobody knows the actual status since nobody is tracking down the possible suspects for quarantine.
Then on July 1st, E.Jong a representative of W.H.O(World Health Organization) from Korea said on the interview that the reason W.H.O suggested South Korea to have a unit for collaborative research was only because South Korea had been secretive about the outbreak, thus W.H.O wanted to investigate the actual condition in Korea.

http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150702-00021196-hankyoreh-kr

So there's been a lot of speculations going on about the outbreak of MERS. But nobody knows much about South Korea. It's like North Korea. Very secretive. Hahahaha

Korean Air and Asiana Air ceased many flights between Japan and South Korea at local airports . And it is expected to continue until August.
Many sources report the number of tourists visiting South Korea has dropped 80% compared to the same period of the last year.
http://www.sankei.com/economy/news/150622/ecn1506220006-n1.html
http://www.sankei.com/world/news/150625/wor1506250033-n1.html

On June 22nd, the U.S government designated South Korea as a country caution and gave a warning to medical professionals to be cautious about handling the tourists who have the symptoms of MERS infection.
http://www.nikkei.com/article/DGXLASGM12H25_S5A620C1EAF000/

South Korean government is antsy and wants to call the end of the outbreak anytime soon but the number of MERS infected patients has been continually increasing.
Last time on June 17th, I reported the number of infected patients was 162 but it's 186 as of today.  The number of dead people from the infection has also increased from 20 to 33 now.
http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150705-00000005-cnippou-kr

So South Korean government came up with a new solution to make up the lost tourists.
The government announced that they'd make visa fees free. Usually a tourist has to pay $15.00 for visa. In addition to that, Chinese tourists who's got visas from Japan, can visit South Korea without visa from Korea.
To this desperate attempt, many Japanese people who read this news are laughing. "Why Korea is accepting the tourists who have only Japanese visas? Does South Korean government think that they are still a part of Japan?" "I thought they got independent from Japan 70 years ago. Was I wrong?" Hahaha
http://news.yahoo.com/video/korea-waives-visa-fees-attract-161212927.html

According to Korean News "Chosun Nippo", many shopping malls in Seoul Korea had a huge sale in a desperate attempt to lure customers into shopping from June 26th till 28th.
The discount rate was from 30% to as much as 90% off! This news was of course megaphoned thru media in Japan, China, and many other Asian countries.
http://hosyusokuhou.jp/archives/44576800.html

In the editorial published on July 2nd, Korean News "Chou Nippo" criticized Korea as below.
"The infected patients and their families didn't behave like people in developed countries and made lies to medical professionals was part of reason for the outbreak"
"Didn't the attitude of refusing to carry any responsibilities and risks but instead blaming everything on others and pursuing only for your own selfishness, result in  all people which include the medical authority, hospital, and infected patients, trying to hide the truth without feeling a bit of guilty?"
http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150702-00000059-rcdc-cn

I wish they could have the same point of view about the comfort women issue.
"Pursuing only your own selfishness and shamelessly making lies without feeling a bit of guilty".

I have been busy lately for my company. I hope I can find some time to write about my report this weekend. There were a lot of things happened for the last a couple of weeks.

Anyway, according to Korean News (Chuo Nippo), there was the unveiling ceremony of Pope Francis statue held at the west side of Soccer stadium on June 30th in South Korea.
Pope Francis visited South Korea in August last year. So this was a monument to... well, whatever for Korean.
Please take a look at the attached image-1 below.
What do you think?  Pope Francis is on his hand and knees before the Korean man and doing... what? What is that?
Is this a common Christian ritual?  I'm not sure. But majority of Japanese people watched this picture were commenting "What the hell is that?" "Looks offensive!" "Disgusting!".  Hahaha.

Today's first report begins with a cheerful news.

According to Daily China News, China is having a dog meat festival soon in June.
Every year, 10,000 dogs are killed for this festival. And Chinese people enjoy to eat the dog feast with drinks for a good happy time.
However, British actor Ricky Gervais is opposing to the event and raising his voice to stop the event.
He saw the video of the festival in May, which was produced by a non-profit organization "Human Society International", and got shocked to see the cruelty.
He is now telling his fans to support HSI.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fVgaDsjbimc
http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl…

Looks like China is in deep trouble. Hahaha.

MERS news.
The total number of dead people is now 25. 5 people have increased since three days ago.
The number of infected patient hasn't increased. It suddenly stopped since two days ago. What do you think?
"Has Korea finally succeeded in controlling MERS? Aren't they amazing?" Well, wait a minute. Hahaha. Not so fast.
In the end of last week, South Korean government announced that they gave up on counting MERS infected patients due to overwhelming number of possible suspects that they couldn't keep up with tracking them down. Hahaha.
So now Korean government switched to Self-reporting style for counting the infected patients. Since then, no new MERS infected patient was reported. Hahaha.
Well, Korea has no sense of honesty in its culture. Nobody honestly reports their condition. So in a way, this was strategy intentionally designed by Korean government. They just don't want to tell the truth.
They want to make a lie and cheat on the world. They do this all the time so it is nothing new or surprising to us at all. Both North and South Korea are always like that. Hahaha.
http://hosyusokuhou.jp/archives/44481398.html

You know how desperate they are now? Korean government announced last week that they were not only making the tour fee and hospital fee free but also giving $3,000 for tourists who got infected by MERS during Korean tour.
In addition to that, Korean government last week announced that they'd give $100,000 if the tourist died from MERS infection. This news really made Chinese and Vietnamese people angry. Hahaha. They said "You can't exchange our lives for money!"

Well, a good news is, Kyoto University in Japan developed a vaccine for MERS virus from an Ostrich egg. The vaccine is now under mass production. And it is already sent to South Korea and the U.S last week.
So no worry about MERS any more.
http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150620-00000003-xinhua-cn

For the last. Please take a look at the attached pictures 3.
This is a pictures of South Korean police. Look at the way they wear
their masks. Their noses are all exposed.
They have to cover up not only their mouths but also their noses. What's the point of wearing masks if they breath in through their noses? Hahaha

Another update of MERS in South Korea.
Since June 15th, the total number of dead people has increased from 15 to 20 today.
The infected patients also have increased from 145 to 162.
18 patients out of 162 are unstable condition now according to Korean Health authority.
The total number of people under quarantine has increased from 4,856 to 6,508. It was 922 increase for just yesterday alone!
It's not slowing down at all. Hahaha

http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150617-00000059-rcdc-cn

According to Russian media, They confirmed a possibly MERS infected patient in Russia. The patient returned from Seoul Korea.
She seemed to have contacted with a MERS infected patient at a hospital in Seoul.
http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150617-00000062-rcdc-cn

According to "Korean News One", a hospital in Prague Czech put a man under quarantine on June 16th who has just returned from South Korea.
He started to have the symptoms of MERS infection after returning from South Korea.
http://www.recordchina.co.jp/a111779.html

There's a news reporting about a typical Korean . According to Yonhap Korean News, 42 year old man had been having the symptoms of MERS infection since June 9th after visiting Samsung Seoul hospital for seeing his father.
On June 12, he finally visited a health authority for diagnosis. He was put under quarantine and was waiting for the result. But without hearing the result he broke the locked door and bolted from the hospital screaming "If I were infected by MERS, I would make everybody infected!".
He returned to his home by using a taxi. The result of his diagnosis turned out to be positive for MERS infection.
Health authority is now checking the security cams in public to see whom he contacted with.
To this news, there are comments from Korean people. Below are some of them.
"I work at a hospital. And I see a lot of patients like him"
"This is typical Korean"
"Our government is incompetent. But if people have a tendency to ignore the rules, the outbreak can not be ceased"
"I work at a hospital and see people like him a lot. And I'm always working in fear that I might be infected by those type of patients"
http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150615-00000022-xinhua-cn

See? Korean people themselves know their national characters Selfish and Malicious. Because they have the "View of malicious" in their hearts.
There are a lot of MERS infected Korean who are intentionally spreading the disease in society. This is the main reason why only South Korea is having the outbreak.
If everybody is malicious, it becomes like South Korea.
Now, I will show you more interesting news.

According to Korean media "Money Today" reported on June 16th, the total 133 people, who have ever contacted with MERS patients, thus having been under quarantine, had gone to somewhere else without a trace from the secluded area during June 2nd to 10th.
43 people out of 133 were from Seoul, and the rest of the people were from 5 different regions.
Korean Police is in search of those 133 people as of now.
http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150616-00000008-xinhua-cn

Below are the comments by Chinese people reading this news.
"Too immoral!"
"Inferior race!"
"Can't Korean people control their emotion?"
"Korean people are really selfish!"
"It can't be! It's impossible!"
"What the hell are you Korean!?"

Hahaha. See? Are you beginning to see the actual figure of Korean people? You never knew this, right? Welcome to an era of the internet! Now you can see what you haven't been able to see before.
Now Japanese government is also in fear because of Korean people. Korean people are very unethical and malicious. They could come to Japan and spread MERS anytime now.
One of the most possible source of infection Japanese authority assume, if it happens, is Korean prostitutes. There are 50,000 Korean prostitutes in Japan, 30,000 in the U.S, 10,000 in Australia now. They come to Japan with a short term VISA to make money.
They come and go in short period. So they could be the carriers of MERS to spread MERS all over the world. South Korea is the world number one MERS exporter now.
The official says that even if people were infected by MERS in Japan, it wouldn't become like South Korea as long as people behaved with morals and ethics.
http://npn.co.jp/article/detail/56225123/

See? I explained to you "Omoiyari" on May 24th. Omoiyari in English means "Being considerate and thoughtful to others in caring". This is the basic Japanese way of thinking. But there is no concept of Omoiyari in Korean culture. Not even a word in Korean dictionary.
Korean children are raised by their parents to be as selfhish as they can. Therefore if you follow Korean way of thinking, you will reach the point where you start to think "Let's kill people for my selfish reason! That's okay! I can be as selfish as I want to be. I was taught and raised that way by my parents".
So there is a consistency between the way they were raised and the way they behave.

On June 3rd, Chosun Nippo, which is the number one Korean media, criticized about Korean people and culture in its editorial saying "Irresponsible Korean".
In the article, it says "There is a traditional tendency among Korean people that rules are for others not for myself" "Making lies to cheat on Health authority resulted in the outbreak of MERS in Korea".
http://news.searchina.net/id/1576513?page=1

Now, Vietnamese are also upset with South Korea. On June 15th, Vietnamese government advised the nation self-imposed restrictions on traveling to South Korea.
And Korean government quickly responded to it and announced a new policy that effective from June 22nd, any tourist infected by MERS in South Korea, will be given free tour fee and free medical fee to cure it. And also $3,000 to be given.
Hahaha.
To this announcement, Vietnamese are giving comments like "Aren't you supposed to cease the infection and find out the root of infection first?"
http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150615-00000007-gnasia-asia

This news is also about a typical reckless Korean man. The title is "Where is the moral?" Hahaha
An ambulance driver aged 55 from Samsung Seoul hospital was confirmed to be infected by MERS, announced Korean Health authority on June 13th.
The driver first contacted with the first MERS infected patient at the end of May.
He had been having fever but kept driving the ambulace for 9 days until June 10th. Hahaha.
It is now assumed that the ambulance driver was the one spreading MERS. Hahahahaha
You know? Not all people who call an ambulance are MERS infected patients. As the matter of fact, most of people who call an ambulance are injured people by accidents. So on their way to the hospital, the driver was infecting none MERS infected people in the ambulance. Hahaha
Even though the driver contacted with the first MERS patient, he was not checked by the hospital. Nor did he confess that he had the symptoms of MERS infection.
It seemed that the driver was reckless and wasn't wearing any protection at work. Hahahahaha.

The update of MERS in South Korea.
Since June 11th, the total number of dead people has increased from 9 to 15 now.
The infected patients have increased from 122 to 145.
The total number of people under quarantine has also increased from 3,805 to 4,856. That's more than 1,000 people gaining in last three days!

According to WHO's announcement, the outbreak of MERS in Korea will not be contained any time soon. They say that it will take a while until it subdues.

http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150614-00000009-yonh-kr
http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150614-00000010-yonh-kr

According to AFP, possibly MERS infected Korean man was sent to a hospital in Slovakia. The hospital made the announcement when being interviewed by AFP on June 13th.
The Korean man had symptoms of MERS infection which are high fever and diarrhea.

http://headlines.yahoo.co.jp/hl?a=20150614-00000010-jij-eurp

Anyway, what really made all people laugh about was the announcement made by South Korean government.
Korean government introduced MERS prevention guideline.
In which they say "Don't eat a camel meat. Don't drink a camel milk".
Hahaha
MERS is a disease originally from Middle East. It is said that camels are the cause of the disease.
However, the total number of camels in Korea is 46. One of them was imported from Australia, not from Middle East. And all the rest of camels were born in Korea. They are all for an observation purpose at a zoo. There is no custom to eat a camel meat or drink camel milk in Korea. In addition to that, there is even a law in Korea that prohibits importing camel meats and dairy products.  So it is virtually impossible to buy a camel meat or milk in Korea. Hahahaha
This announcement seemed to have made even Korean people laugh.  They're lamenting "Why our government is so incompetent!" Hahaha

I have been thinking what sort of example or metaphor would be a good way to convince people who don't know much about the difference between Japanese and Korean people.
And I found a good one. It's YouTube video and very funny. I got a big laugh out of it.
It's been watched 7,984,317 times as of now. The title is "What kind of Asian are you?".
An American male jogger runs into an Asian female jogger in an open field and asks "What kind of Asian are you?".
She is Korean American. See what's going to happen when you ask Korean about their origin. Hahaha.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWynJkN5HbQ&feature=youtu.be

(See the attached image-1,2,and3 below)
Did you get a laugh out of it? If you did, it would be probably a different reason from mine. This conversation is revealing so many Korean characters from my point of view.

Remember I explained "View of Good" and "View of Malicious" before? On May 15th, I explained that "View of Good" was "The view of human nature as fundamentally good". "View of Malicious" was "The view of human nature as fundamentally malicious"
And View of Malicious is common sense in South Korean culture. Even though the Korean American in the video was depicted as 3rd generation (her grand-grand parents came to the U.S), still her character revealed "View of Malicious" in her behavior.

In "View of Malicious" mind, people are all cheaters and malicious so Korean don't trust others. In South Korea, people don't trust even their own brothers and sisters. Because everybody cheat each other for their own selfish reasons.
Anyway, when Korean people are dealing within their own race, it is just View of Malicious thing, cheating and screwing up each other. But when Korean people face people from other nationality or race, the inferiority complex kicks in, in addition to View of malicious.
Look at the video and see how Korean girl reacts when asked about her origin. She thinks "You must be looking down on Korean! I will retaliate you!" And she starts to insult English culture. Hahaha. Korean are all like that. Self aggravated and short-tempered. Hahaha.

And politics between Japan and South Korea is the same consequences. Japan and South Korean never had a war in the past. As the matter of fact, Japan made South Korea rich. But Korean never appreciate Japan. It's all because the idea of "View of Malicious" Korean have.
Because in "View of Malicious" there is no concept of doing something for others. People in Korea are all selfish and malicious so if someone did anything for them, they'd think "Oh, you did that for me because I was so valuable" or "You needed to do that for me otherwise you would become in trouble". This is Korean way of thinking. Therefore, no matter how much Japan did for Korea, Korean people never appreciated Japan. Korean people can not just imagine that someone do something for others for a good intention. They think if someone did anything for them, it would be either for his or her malicious plot or for his or her own benefit. Because they have never done anything for others in their entire lives.
Can you believe this? Japanese people didn't know this until recently including myself. It was Asahi (Japanese) Newspaper and some journalism revealed another mystery about South Korean in 2014.
I translated the article below. You will be surprised as much as we did when we first time read it.
______________________________________

Atsushi Ota, 54 years old man married to South Korean woman and has lived in South Korea for 25 years teaching Japanese language, said something very interesting in his interview.
He said living in Korea has always been confusing for him. "Everything from scratch, Japanese and Korean are totally different in way of thinking and morals. It's really really difficult to accept for Japanese", says Atshshi. Atsushi gave an example to us.
There is no word or concept of "Omoiyari" in South Korea. Translation software and dictionary are no use, because the word and the concept itself doesn't exist in Korean culture, he says.
Omoiyari in English means "Thoughtfulness" and Consideration for others". It's a basic Japanese way of thinking to care for others. His Korean wife asked Atsushi about what did "Omoiyari" mean. And Atsushi was in trouble.
He searched through Korean language to see if there was any word close to the meaning of Omoiyari. And what he found the closest was "sympathy" or "assumption". Those are not quite correct meaning of Omoiyari. Because those two words don't have the meaning of "Doing something for others".
Like I said before, South Korean are selfish people. They have no concept of "Doing something for others". And nobody can understand the meaning of "Doing something for others". "Why the heck we have to do something for others?" is what South Korean people feel like.

Then he talked about how South Korean raise their kids. Korean parents teach their kids to be as selfish as possible. "Give as much trouble to others as you can. Only think of yourself" is the way of Korean thinking and how they raise their children. "You'll find confrontations, arguments and fights everywhere anywhere all the time in South Korea. That is very much outlandish and uneasy to accept for Japanese people" says Atsushi.
There are many Korean born and grew up in Japan, then returned to South Korea. But those Korean grew up in Japan are used to the idea of thoughtfulness and yielding to each other. Therefore, they can not live with native South Korean. If you become thoughtful to Korean, they only take advantage over you. And you'll never get ahead in South Korea, Atsushi says.

(See the attached image-4 below)
http://dot.asahi.com/aera/2014031900038.html
http://www.wara2ch.com/archives/7593447.html (full article)
_____________________________________

Atsushi is giving really valuable tips to understand distinctive South Korean characters. This explains all about the latest confrontation between Japan and South Korea.

That's what Japanese people found out recently. As you see after watching the YouTube video, it doesn't matter whether you are American or Japanese. You will end up the same way with Korean people.
So what I want to tell you is this. Just because there is always complaints from Korean against Japan doesn't necessarily mean that there really is a problem on the side of Japan.
Most of times it's selfish Korean making up a lie and harassing Japan in hopes of extracting something from Japan. And don't expect Japan and Korea will get along each other. Because nobody can get along with Korean. They are the people with "View of malicious". No matter what you do for Korean with full of good intention, they take it as your malicious intention. Dah.
Regarding Korean mental disease, well, I will talk about that from scientific evidences and grounds on other occasion. Hahahaha.
Thanks for reading.

I found an interesting movie on YouTube. Mr.Kent Gilbert, the U.S attorney and entrepreneur, released a new video Yesterday giving a comment on 19 historians in the U.S.
What really made me surprised most was not about what he said on the video, but the fact he could speak English. Hahaha.
I mean, I have been watching him on Japanese TV for the last 30 years. But never have I seen him speak in English before! Hahaha.

Anyway, he referred to a survey conducted by the U.S government. The survey is called "IWG Report" published in 2007.
It was Chinese anti-Japan organization in the U.S who requested the U.S government to initiate the investigation.
The survey took 7 years and cost 30 million dollars for the U.S government in attempt to find an evidence that might prove that there really was the alleged sexual crime by Japanese Imperial Army. It involved CIA, FBI, Military, and everything all together in the name of honor of the U.S. A huge national project began.

Strangely Chinese anti-Japan Organization didn't request the U.S government to investigate the trustability of Nanking Massacre. Maybe because they knew that was a 100% fabricated story by themselves. But instead they requested to investigate the Comfort Women issue accused by South Korean people.
This national project was launched on the premise (ground) that South Korean people were honest and were telling the truth. In other words, the U.S government was believing that South Korean people were trustworthy people. That's why the government decided to use 30 million dollars from their budget. Okay? Please keep this in your mind for my last conclusion.

Probably Chinese anti-Japan Organization was thinking like this. "South Korean people have been persistently accusing Japanese people for Comfort Women issue and even crying shamelessly before all people. This must be true. Human being couldn't act like that without feeling ashamed or guilty if they were lying. Otherwise Korean people would become all crazy liars".
And when the result of IWG report came out, people got all stunned to face the unbelievable consequences. The U.S government ended up not being able to find even one single evidence or record to prove the allegation!

By spending 7 years and 30 million dollars, what the U.S government and Chinese anti-Japan Organization proved was that all South Korean people were nothing but dishonest and shameless liars. Lmao!
Thanks to the U.S government and Chinese anti-Japan Organization! Hahahaha!

Below is Mr.Kent Gilbert's video. Please watch it.
