Before talking about “The Difference of
Japanese, Chinese, and Koreans”, I want to show you some pictures
Recently South Korean Supreme Court made a verdict in favor for
plaintiffs accusing Japan as Japan allegedly gave forced labor to Koreans

There are two more writings I am going to post before "The Battle against Globalism Part-3"
First one is about the difference of Japanese, Chinese, and Koreans. This topic is very important before going any further in my writing because Facebook and other blog website can make a wrong judgement about the issues I talk about in my blog.
Facebook staffs and other blog website staffs are in confusion about what to do with opinions exposed in public. Is the opinion racism or should it be deleted to suppress freedom of speech?
I will make a clear point about it. And I hope my opinion will be read by Facebook ethic staffs. Although I don't need to wish Facebook staffs to read my blog because they are reading and already putting my blog in the category where my blog can not promote for exposure.

you can see South Koreans are the only people on the Earth fabricating fake
history in 2019 and screaming “Rising Sun flag is the same flag as Nazis! War

Japan and China fought against each other in history. Japan and US

Now because Koreans have been lying about

industries in Korea.
As the result, Korea was made and developed
by generous Japan.
However, Korean people today want to delete
and revise their history. They want to create something never happened in their
past to demonize Japan while deleting what actually Japan did for Korea in real

after Battleship Parade held in China, Multinational Maritime Joint Training
was held in South Korea from April 29.
The participants were South East Asian
countries, US, China, India, and Japan.
The first training session was conducted by
South Korean Navy followed by US, China, India, Malaysia, Philippines,
Singapore, and Brunei.
Japan was asked to participate in the session
but didn’t of course. There is no way Japanese Navy can come close to
Anti-Japanese cult country. It has been proven last year when South Korea asked

<< How to Use Chopsticks >>
It is in the middle of the best season of the year in Japan now.
Spring (April and May) and Fall (October
and November) are the best seasons and weather to visit Japan.
I will put off to post the dismal story of “The
Battle against Globalism Part-3” for a while because it isn’t suitable for the
season.
In a meanwhile, I will post something I always wanted to show.
Nowadays, Japanese food is becoming very popular
all over the world. And many YouTubers are reporting their experiences of
trying Japanese food.
I watch them and oftentimes feel, “Must be
hard for them to use chopsticks”
Even some of native Japanese people aren’t
good at using chopsticks.
So this time, I want to show you how to use
chopsticks.
=< 1st Chopstick >======
You have to wedge it in the deepest groove
of crotch between the foot of thumb and palm.
(See the attached picture)
Support the chopstick with the tip of your ring
finger and the crotch of your thumb. Then you press it down with your thumb at
the foot of your thumb.
Now the chopstick is clutched firmly by
three points and it doesn’t move at all.
Some people bend ring finger and support
the chopstick with the side of ring finger but it becomes narrow width to
support the chopstick with two points.
If you stretch your ring finger and make it
straight, it becomes winder width to support the chopstick in two points so
that the chopstick becomes even more firmly stabilized.
Wider grip is better than narrow grip to
stabilize it.
This is the base chopstick which is supposed
to always stay solid and stable.
=< 2nd Chopstick >=========
Let’s add one more chopstick to complete the style.
You have three finger tips available to
hold the other chopstick.
Hold the 2nd chopstick with the tips of your
thumb, index finger, and middle finger.
Make sure your middle finger is straight. Also,
hook the chopstick at the 2nd joint of index finger.
Gently press the 2nd chopstick down with
the tip of your thumb against the tip of middle finger and on the side of index
finger where 2nd joint locates.
Now the 2nd chopstick is
clutched and secured by three points.
Try to move your middle finger up and down.
The tip of your thumb plays the role as a pivot
of the chopstick movement.
Up and down motions are controlled by the middle
finger.

If you couldn’t pick up a thing well with
chopsticks, then you have to be more conscious to press the first chopstick
down at the foot of your thumb.
Solidly secured first chopstick is very
important.
The tip of your ring finger has to feel the downward pressure and the tension.
If the first chopstick wasn’t clutched firm
enough with tension, you couldn’t hold a thing with your chopsticks. So make
sure the first chopstick is deeply wedged at the foot of your thumb and stabilized
by pressing it down with your thumb while counter-forcing it upward with the
tip of your ring finger.
The three points have to feel tension to
stabilize the first chopstick when picking up a thing with chopsticks.
It will take a while till you get used to
it because you haven’t used your fingers like that before. You finger muscles
have to get used to it.

<< Why Japanese people live long? Part-2 >>
Some of you might think the longest longevity of Japanese people is
influenced by the medical improvement and healthcare services. However, it is
not medicine pushing the average longevity of Japanese people. Nobody is taking
medical pills called “long life pills” in Japan.
Medicine can cure diseases but can’t extend
longevity. No matter how much medicine makes an effort to cure diseases, people
become sick or die at early age from their diet. There is no medicine that can
enhance longevity in the world today, right? It is food and diet enhancing the
longevity of Japanese people. Please don’t misunderstand it.
I am not here saying “Eat Japanese food!” I
hate imposing one’s thought onto others to make the world with no choice.
Everybody has a freedom of choice. There’s nothing wrong to eat what you love
to eat. I eat hamburger, pizza, and KFC once in a while.
I am just explaining what scientists have
discovered about traditional Japanese diet.
Hopefully this will give you MORE choices
in your diet.
It will be interesting to see other culture
for you especially Japanese food because there are so many Japanese foods that
have no cultural connections to any country including China (needless to say
Korea).

If you read the part-1, you might have thought “Let’s eat more meat!
No more Vegan life!” but it isn’t that simple conclusion from looking at the
graphs.
To tell you the truth, it is more
complicated outcome from the surface.
Even though meat is beneficial to your
health, if you over eat it, you might become sick (overweight, heart disease)
and die young.
One of the reasons why the average longevity in Japan is the longest
in the world is because the number of elderly age over 90 is large. That’s why
they are pushing the average longevity.
Those Japanese generations age under 50 are
used to eating a lot of meat since they were children so they are gradually
becoming overweight and tend to have adult diseases today. On the other hand,
those elderly age over 80 couldn’t eat meat when they were young therefore they
are used to eating traditional diet of eating only veggies or veggies with a
little bit of fishes and seafood. And they are short in height and have been
skinny throughout their entire life.
I explained in the previous series, “Doctors
are encouraging elderly to eat meat in Japan” but those elderly are mostly
eating only veggies or veggies with little bit of fishes. In other words, it is
like doctors encouraging Vegans or Pescetarians (who eat veggies and seafood
only) to add little bit of animal protein in their diet. As the result, the
elderly began to live long in Japan.
A little bit of animal protein for Veganism
is the secret of long life of Japanese elderly. (Secret-1)
This diet can be applied to those people
who don’t want to become overweight but live long healthy.
If you are young especially in growth
period and use your body actively, you will need to eat enough animal protein.
Also, please don’t misunderstand. I said in
the previous series, “90 year old is eating Beef steak” but the amount of steak
they eat is like 60g (2oz) or so a couple times a week. They eat eggs too once
in a while but not much. The amount of meat they eat is very small. Most of
elderly are basically sticking with traditional Japanese diet (a lot of
veggies, with a little bit of seafood that includes seaweed).
On the other hand, obesity is gradually
becoming a severe problem among age under 60 in Japan. A couple of years ago, some
Japanese TV comedian at the age 44 died from a heart attack immediately after
eating a large plate of pasta at a restaurant. He was overweight. See? People can't live long even if Medical services and medicine are available. They can't do anything about it.
It is true meat intake made the average
height of Japanese people increased but in exchange, those young generations
began to suffer from obesity now.
I think people need to change their diet
after growth period.
So what doctors are telling in Japan now?
The most popular TV programs in Japan are
health themed programs mostly about how to lose weight. Yes, it’s not just US,
but Japan too is the same.
When it comes to the best diet to lose
weight, opinions of doctors in Japan split largely into two groups.
One is “Low carb diet” which is simply reducing
or eliminating carbohydrate (steamed rice, noodles, bread, potato, sugar-based
foods) from their regular meal.
The other one is reducing the portion of
each meal ideally based on Japanese traditional meal (Lots of veggies and
little bit of seafood and animal protein food).

Anyway, let me show you the typical traditional Japanese meal
because there is another secret in it for the long life.
Please take a look at the attached picture.

Rice for energy.

Miso soup (cooked with veggies)
for vegetable intake.

heart and cardiovascular diseases.

Natto for preventing stroke.
5.
Egg (raw or omelette) for
perfect protein (perfect score in amino acid ratio)

Nori (seaweed) for minerals
I explained fishes are beneficial for your health
to prevent heart and cardiovascular diseases. But here I introduce a new food
which ONLY Japan has as traditional food. That is “Natto”. Natto is also effective for stroke.

Natto
is fermented soybeans. It has no taste but just soybeans. It is good because
there is no sodium added so you can adjust the amount of sodium when adding
flavor in it.
Natto is original Japanese food which hasn’t
existed in China (needless to say Korea).
What’s remarkable about Natto is, that it
is fermented with a special bacteria called “Natto bacteria”.
Scientists have discovered that Natto
bacteria has a substance called “Nattokinase” which has effect not to congeal
blood.
This is it! I told you while quoting Luke
Perry’s stroke that there was a solution to prevent clogged blood vessels from

It is said the effect of Natto reaches at its peak after 4 hours. And the effect lasts up to 6 - 8 hours after eating it.

you can buy it at most of supermarkets which sell Japanese food. It is very
cheap. One bundle, which comes in three packs, costs about 80 cents or less.

Because it has no taste, you have to add
flavor in it.
Natto pack comes with a small packet which
is a flavor to add.
You can adjust the amount of condiment. If
you want it low in sodium, you can just use the half of the packet.
Mix it well. It is said if you churn it 50
times, it becomes better taste.
It is slimy. But that is sign of fresh Nattokinase.
If there is no flavor packet, you can add
soy sauce or liquid “Dashi”.
Many people love to add chopped green
onion. Some people add egg yolk.
Japanese people pour it over steamed rice
and eat it.

It
is going to be rough when South Korean President Moon visits US for talk with
President Trump scheduled on April 11.
President Moon has been spitting out
untrustworthy words for US but now South Korean government has entirely removed

When the opposition party in South Korea
asked South Korean government why, Ministry of Defense replied, “We have

In case you might not know, South Korea has been supplying petroleum
to North Korea on the sea by connecting a pipe between South Korean vessel and
North Korean vessel.
This is absolute violation of UN

According to many newspapers, Chinese
government invited Japanese Army for this years’ Ceremony of International Battleship
Parade which is scheduled to be held in Qingdao China on April 23rd.
Japanese Defense ministry announced on

know why South Korea is so intensely into Anti-Japanese hatred?
I explained before all Koreans are grown up
to become scammers and thieves due to their traditional Korean culture.
When all people are cheaters and thieves,
all people cheating on each others and all people are stealing each others. All
Koreans are constantly fighting each other and angry at each other. That’s
exactly what Korean people and Korean culture are all about.
Korean people have been unproductive since
ancient time because of their nature. That’s why there is no historical
architecture and traditional culture in Korea. Everything in Korea is newly
made up yesterday.
But after becoming a part of Japan by
annexation (which was only for 35 years though), Koreans could first time live
productive way.
Japan made dams, railroads, schools,
universities, hospitals, business industries all over Korea. All Koreans were
very happy as all documentary films prove it.
However, after 2nd World War,
Korea had to live all by themselves as an independent country. Soon they all
got back to cheating on each other, stealing each others, fighting against each
others. The same old Koreans were back and became unproductive Koreans again.
That’s when they created Anti-Japanese
cult. By demonizing Japan as Evil with one lie after another, Koreans could
blame all inconvenience (as Chinese slaves for thousands of years) onto Japan
so that they could justify their incompetency for thousands of years.
It made Koreans feel good to blame
everything onto Japan which built and established a country of Korea as their savior,
instead of facing the actual history as they had been slaves of China.
By demonizing Japan, all unproductive Koreans can become together
and do something for their own country. This is the mechanism of Anti-Japanese
hatred. And their hatred will never go away. If they removed the Anti-Japanese
hatred based on their fake history, all Koreans would get back to the
unproductive genuine Koreans again as scammers and thieves.
The Anti-Japanese cult is medicine (narcotic) for Korean mental disease. It never can be cured but at least the hatred cult can subdue their anger tentatively.
As China began to leave South Korea alone,
South Koreans will have to do Anti-Japanese hatred alone and continue their
victimhood scams with fake history to vent their frustration from their
incompetency and jealous over Japan.
In my eyes, South Koreans are more
headaches than North Korea for Japan.
President Trump will find that out when he
meets President Moon on April 11 in US.
I assume nothing will come out from the
meeting. It will be just another waste of time for sure.

<< Why Japanese people live long? Part-1 >>
I haven’t continued writing it for a while
because I have been busy for private things.
Although, I wrote a lot on Part-3 already,
I am guessing if I posted Part-3 and 4, it might cause a heart attack among
some people. It is absolutely a forbidden report which hasn’t been exposed in English
before although it is well-known actual history among some Japanese people.
So I decided to write something before
posting Part-3 this time because I don’t want anyone to die from a heart
attack.
Besides, It’s time for Cherry blossom
season, the best season of the year which makes all people happy living in
Japan. So let me talk about some beneficial information for you.
=< Why die young? >============
Speaking of heart attack, you might already know that famous
Hollywood film star “Luke Perry” died from a stroke recently.
He was only 52 years young. And what made me surprised was that the
fact he wasn’t overweight at all.
The series drama “90210” featuring Luke Perry was a very famous
drama in Japan too so this was shocking news among Japanese people.
According to the publicly announced medical report, a glob of blood
clogged the blood vessel in his brain. That’s why his body couldn’t supply oxygen to
his brain.
And many English media is saying “This can happen at any young age”.
Now I can hear Vegans roaring in a victorious manner “See? We told
you!?”
Well, it isn’t that simple I think.
=< Heart Attack >=============
Remember I wrote in my last
posting that the cause of death from heart disease and cardiovascular disease
in Japan is significantly low compared to Western countries (especially US).
I explained the reason was that Japanese people have seafood-based
diet from its traditional culture but there is more. I want to give you another
advice from my traditional culture.
Luke had a stroke at 9:40 AM in the morning, which according to
medical professionals, that is the typical hours when people have a heart
attack.
The reason is this. When you go to bed and till you wake up in the
morning, your body gets dehydrated from sweating during the sleep. That means
your blood becomes very thick and condensed from low in moisture. It becomes
like a rush hour of heavy traffic, Red blood cells get jammed in the blood vessels
especially if your blood vessels have lumps of fat on the inner surface.
That’s why people tend to have a stroke in the morning.
The lumps on the inner surface of blood vessels are made from cholesterol so
Vegans say “Stop eating Animals!” but as Luke Perry is evidence, he wasn’t
overweight at all as scientists predict overweight can increase the chances of
having a heart disease.
It is said that even if you are not overweight, you can have a
stroke because your blood can get congealed and become a glob like jelly which
can clog a blood vessel.
Why blood gets congealed? I have no idea. And medical news doesn’t
clearly say why. However, I have something to say to prevent it from happening
later in my writing.
Anyway, let’s not jump to the conclusion “Stop eating Animals!”
because I have very important evidence to show you.

Those are official data published by
Japanese government.
The average longevity of Japanese female in
2017 was 87.26, and male was 81.09.
In my home town (village), there are a lot
of over 90 year old people. And they are not in hospital but doing
gardening and hobbies.
You know the famous Sushi chef legend “Jiro
san” from Sukiyabashi Jiro is also 93 year old still working at the sushi
restaurant.
And
majority of people in Japan don’t die from heart disease and cardiovascular
disease but from cancer and pneumonia.
=< Why only Japanese? >===============
“Why only Japanese people live long? Why
there is no similarity between Japanese and those Chinese and Koreans even in
their biological character? Is it because Japanese DNA or diet?” will be the
questions all people have.
The answer is “Diet”. It has nothing to do
with Japanese DNA but Japanese culture. It is clearly proven by science.
The reason why Japanese people live long is
because Japanese people eat animal protein (meat, seafood, eggs, dairy product)
a lot with veggies.
The reason why Japanese people have very
low chances of having a heart disease and cardiovascular disease is, as I
mentioned last time, seafood but there are more secrets in its culture.
Now at this point, if you are American, you
would think “What the hell is he talking about? Eating meat and not getting
heart disease? Doesn't he realize he has a contradiction?”
Well, I know in US or in English web news,
they always blame on meat for their heart disease and cardiovascular disease.
“If you don’t eat cholesterol, you’re not
going to get heart disease so go for Vegan!” is why Vegan concept prevailed in
English community.
However, that is a very ridiculous idea
based on no evidence.
I read news about eggs in English last week
that if you eat eggs more than 3 per day, you take too much cholesterol. So go
for Vegan, right? I don’t think so because I have evidence and personal
experiences.
And I know there are many Vegan dramas
suddenly popping out all together as though a new cult (like Globalism) in US
nowadays.
The reason why Westerners (especially Americans) are in confusion when
it comes to selecting the best diet is because there is NO hard evidence. That’s
why.
Vegan concept was only recently popped out
so there is no long term clinical experiment which can prove how Vegan diet can
affect on human body.
However, Japan has the evidence from a long
term clinical experiment.
=< Meat does body good? >=========
Please take a look at the graph of the
average annual meat consumption in Japan.
I drew lines in 1975 and 2000 on the graphs for comparison.
Before 1975, Japan was poor (not much
imported meat) and meat was expensive for a family to eat.
But the consumption of Seafood has been almost
the same from 1960 till 2013 although there are some fluctuations.
As the year going backward, veggies and seafood
occupy more in Japanese diet while annual meat consumption reversely going down
to the point of only 3kg (6.6 lbs) in 1960.
That means as the year going backward,
Japanese diet was becoming close to Vegetarian style (close to Vegan) with only
exception of seafood intake.
Now, please take a look at the graph of the
average longevity of Japanese.
Compare the two graphs and see how Japanese
longevity got influenced when meat was eliminated from their diet.
Going backward to the old time, Japanese
longevity becomes shorter as their meat consumption becomes low, right?
From around 1975, the annual meat
consumption drastically increased, so did the longevity accordingly.
From year 2000, the annual consumption of seafood
suddenly begins to drop. If the theory of Seafood can make you live long is
true, then the graph of longevity will have to show the drop of longevity from
the year 2000 accordingly, right? However, the longevity graph shows steady
increase even after the year 2000.
What does this mean? This means it isn't
seafood making Japanese people live long but meat is the main reason for their
long life. In other words, Vegan can die young from diseases as these graphs
prove.
I think from these facts, you can say that
seafood is effective to prevent from having a heart and cardiovascular diseases
but it is meat which is enhancing the genetic potential of your longevity.
When you don’t eat meat, your immune system becomes low
and susceptible to diseases. That’s why Japanese longevity was short in their
past.
When you eat meat, your immune system
becomes strong and disease free. Your skin gets immediately improved to be very
beautiful and rejuvenated because you get collagen from meat which you never
can get from veggies. Collagen is “Animal protein” found a lot in meat (gelatin).
Also you can get “Chondroitin sulfate” from
eating meat which you never can get from veggies. Chondroitin is a substance to
develop healthy cartilage not to become arthritis.
=< My experience >=====
I always try to experiment on my body before drawing a conclusion
because I want to find out if the theory out there is right or wrong.
I tried Vegan diet for about two weeks twice in the past. I was
pretty much muscular lifting heavy weights like a bodybuilder or powerlifter
when I experimented it.
It’s been scientifically proven vegetable protein (Soybeans) is
useless to build muscle because the balance of amino acids in vegetable protein
is bad and lacks in many important amino acids. Nevertheless I tried it because
I wanted to see it myself.
I didn't use artificial Vegetable protein powder because if I used
it, it could spoil the analysis of influence of Vegetable protein (soybeans) on
my muscle. I wanted to see if Soybeans could become a replacement for meat.
It was true, soybeans didn't work at all. I can give you small
details of what happened to my body but that’s unnecessary here.
I don’t usually take protein powder, unless when I really work out
hard at the gym and I am in need to take extra protein to develop my muscles,
because I eat meat.
Meat gives everything my body needs to build healthy skin, blood,
muscle, nails, hair and etc.
In my conclusion, Vegetable protein (soybeans) is not protein
because it isn't suitable to build my body. Soybeans (and beans in general) are
more like slow-digesting carbohydrate in the same group of grain. That’s how I
use soybeans in my diet.
=< Stronger >============
Let’s see the graph of the average height and
weight of Japanese.
Compare the meat consumption graph and
height graph, and see how meat changed the body structure of Japanese people.
The height and weight graph is measured at the
age 30 but height is influenced by what they eat from the age about 6 to 18.
It’s kind of tricky to compare because you have to calculate back the year when
the tester was 6 to 18 years old. Still, the increase of meat consumption is
clearly proving the growth of Japanese height.
Just for information, in 2010 the average
Japanese height was 171.5 cm, Koreans were about 170 cm. So Japanese are about
1 cm (about a half inch) higher than Koreans.
From around 2000 afterward, the increase of
height stagnates. It is speculated that Japanese might have reached its
potential limit.
=< Meat does body good! >============
So
are we clear? Meat can make you live long and make your body stronger and
taller.
There is no question about it since the entire
Japanese people have participated in the experiment of how meat could influence
their body.
Also, if you look at White people in Europe
including Russia, it is obvious in the poor countries where people can’t afford
to eat meat, they are short in height compared to White people in US where meat
has been very cheap since old time.
Therefore, Vegan concept will never prevail
in Japan for sure.
Japanese elderly live long because they eat meat. And doctors
(unlike in US) encourage elderly to eat meat in Japan.
As the matter of fact, many 90 year old
Japanese elderlies are regularly eating Beef steak. They say “Steak gives me
energy and power”. That is true. That’s how humans are designed to eat. Eat
like humans and live like humans if you are human. It’s very simple following a
biological natural body function.

But you still have a concern about becoming
overweight and having heart and cardiovascular diseases from eating meat.
Why people can no longer eat like humans?
What’s making people have adult diseases from eating meat?
It is all true people can become sick or
die young from eating meat. I totally agree with that.
“Oh, come on! Which side are you!?” might
be the thought you have now. (Hahaha)
In Part-2, I will talk about the problems of overweight, and the
heart and cardiovascular diseases from eating meat while explaining how it can
be solved quoting Japanese diet.
