It’s been more than five months since last time I posted my writing. I have been busy minding my own businesses but I’ve always kept closely monitoring what’s been going on in Japan, Asia, and the world while investigating global momentum or the tendency comparing Japan and the whole world.
Many events have happened for the last 5 months. And the current conditions in Japan and the world have become totally different in some fields from 5 months ago.

The first theme I will talk about will be “Racism”.
Another thing I want to talk about is Mr. Carlos Ghosn the former Nissan CEO who has now become a fugitive claiming Japanese judicial system is as worse as North Korea.

I think that there is nobody more appropriate in the world who can talk about Japanese judicial system than me because I have experienced US judicial system of criminal trial and won with a public defender who was American when I was in Los Angeles.
Also I have experienced Japanese Police (law enforcement) for being accused of some crime but it turned out to be a false accusation in the end.
I can compare how those two law enforcement deal with a crime and how each system works. Is there any difference?

Mr. Ghosn simply sounds nonsense to me. And I will explain to you what is the false information about Japanese law enforcement rumored in US (English) media while quoting actual cases in US and Japan from my experiences.
If I didn't explain it, it would become just like the fake story of comfort women which is a hoax being carried away by rumors without any evidence.
