Sorry for making you wait for longer than
usual.
I have been busy for my work. That’s one
reason but there is more.
I’ve been working on the series of “Only in
Korea” lately. At first I started to write it in a way that it lightly touched
the surface of history so that I thought a short writing would enable many
people to read it without losing their patient. However, when I approached the
crucial parts of history I thought I shouldn’t abbreviate too much of it
because it loses the details such as “Why it happened?” “What was the
motivation behind?” Nevertheless, I still had to abbreviate a lot because the amount
of original information is huge. There are so many documents and evidences in
details because it happened between Japan and Korea so there are a lot of
documents from both countries available.
There are also a lot of documents written
by Koreans who got involved in the actual history.
All are available in Japan. Only current
Koreans are desperately trying to delete all the documents and the actual
history in hopes of swapping it with fake history.
I
will try my best to make it short writing although it still becomes long but
the long series will be inevitable.
Another reason why it takes so long is that
I have to spend a lot of time for research and most of the documents were
written in the old fashion or academic expressions which people don’t use for
conversation. So I try to explain in the style people use for conversation. That’ll
be easier for anyone to read. It isn’t simple translation so it takes more time
to process.
It will be very interesting for anyone to
read when you find out what the entire Korean people insist today, and the
actual documents and evidences from their country prove are polar opposite.
And I will give you the answer for that too
in the series. Please be a little more patient until I can post next one.
